Attention Minnesota Teacher Educators, Administrators, PreK-12 Teachers & Literacy Leaders

Please join Minnesota literacy leaders and teacher educators in the 4th annual Statewide Professional Book Club this summer as we read and discuss the works of
Dr. Steven Graham!

Regional Book Club participation and materials are FREE and meet twice during the summer months. Participants then have the option to join colleagues from across Minnesota at the Distinguished Scholars Symposium. This anticipated event is an opportunity to learn from author and researcher Dr. Steve Graham at the Minnesota Department of Education on Friday, September 30, 2016 from 9:00 AM 3:00 PM. Participants are welcome to attend the book club or symposium or BOTH!

Minnesota Regional Book Club Facilitators are being identified and are inviting their higher education colleagues, PreK-12 teachers, administrators, and literacy leaders within their specific geographical area to be part of the summer study of Dr. Steve Graham’s comprehensive panel reports on how writing helps improve students’ reading.

If you would like to participate as a regional facilitator or want to be matched up with a regional book club, please contact Eva Boehm at boeh0056@umn.edu or Debra Peterson at peter328@umn.edu To register for the Distinguished Scholars Symposium visit http://mra.onefireplace.org/
